Reignite your internal energy and flow into the new year with strength, clarity and vitality. This qigong course is designed to help you cultivate warmth from within, boost your life force energy (Qi), and support your kidneys and bladder—the vital energy reservoirs of the winter season.

Through gentle, flowing movements, deep breathing and mindful awareness, you’ll awaken circulation, increase energy and melt away sluggishness or fatigue. Each class will leave you feeling grounded and calm, yet energised and alive.

About Qigong:

Qigong is a practice which focuses on health, relaxation, energy and vitality. Often described as the art of effortless power, qigong is one of the five pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Qi can be translated as vital life force energy while gong means to cultivate or work. Therefore, qigong is a form of energy cultivation which includes forms (movement), visualisation, meditation and breathwork.

Qigong helps to restore balance in body-mind-spirit, aids lubrication of joints, builds strength and stability.

Suitable for all levels and experience.
