 Join this gentle yet powerful qigong journey designed to harmonise with the energy of autumn. Through flowing movements, mindful breath, and meditative stillness, you’ll learn to strengthen your lungs and immune system, release tension, grief, and stagnant energy, cultivate clarity, balance, and inner peace.

 

Whether you’re new to qigong or an experienced practitioner, this course offers a nurturing space to align body, mind, and spirit with the rhythms of nature. Embrace the wisdom of letting go and step into autumn with lightness and grace.

 

About Qigong.

Qigong is a practice which focuses on health, relaxation, energy and vitality. Often described as the art of effortless power, qigong is one of the five pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qi can be translated as vital life force energy while gong means to cultivate or work. Therefore qigong is a form of energy cultivation which includes forms (movement), visualisation, meditation and breathwork.

Qigong helps to restore balance in body-mind-spirit, and aids lubrication of joints, builds strength and stability.
